Application of soni WIKO spray adhesive
Preparation
Make sure that the surfaces to be covered are clean, dry and free of dust and grease.
Applying the adhesive
Shake the spray can well.
Spray a thin film of soni WIKO spray adhesive evenly onto both surfaces: both the sound insulation panel and the surface to be bonded, as it is a contact adhesive.
Flash-off time
Allow the adhesive to flash off for 3-5 minutes. The adhesive should feel tacky but no longer be wet.
Bonding
Press the two surfaces firmly together. Ensure that they are correctly aligned, as the contact adhesive will adhere immediately. Apply even pressure to ensure good adhesion. If necessary, you can use a roller or similar tool.
Note: One spray can is sufficient for approx. 8-10 m².
